FUDCon promotion at Seneca

I'm ramping up FUDCon promotion at Seneca over the next two weeks,
trying to reach some of the casual Fedora users (and prospective users),
including students in early semesters and non-CS programs.

So far we have announcements on the School of Computer Studies homepage
and the college-wide web system, and I'm postering the Seneca at York
campus on Monday.
