FUDCon - Hospitality Suite/Hack room arrangements.

Here's a copy of mail I sent to the Hilton Garden Inn, regarding the
hospitality suite.

Hi Alexis -- I just met with Mel Chua, and she is mailing you separately
regarding billing and CC reservation guarantees.

Regarding the hospitality suite, what we'd like to do is this:

- Hospitality suite on the non-smoking floor, Saturday-Sunday-Monday
nights.

- Having the bed removed from the suite as you suggested would be great,
and if a couple of small tables could be added that would be excellent.

- Instead of the stand-up reception, we'd like to take you up on your
offer of having appetizers delivered to the hospitality suite in the
evening (8 or 9 pm) on Monday night, December 7.
