Hospitality suite/Hack room ([Fwd: RE: Hilton Garden Inn Vaughan- questions])

A note from Alexis about the hack room -- the wiki has been updated with
this information including the suite number. They're removing the bed
and adding some tables to this king suite, which we have from Saturday
through Monday nights.

You are all set in suite 316 for the three nights, with the reception on
the Monday between 8-9pm.  We will have a draped table, plates, napkins
also set for you.  We have a selection of bruchetta, melon and
prosciutto, cheese platter, crudite platter, finger sandwiches ordered
for your group.  I will be here that Monday so we can fine tune the
serving time, etc. then
