Yes, PDFs work fine.

Sandro,

The budget should be set out on a wiki page that everyone can see. Is
it somewhere already and I just simply didn't know where to look?

Also wrt. people's transportation -- here's how I would do it:

* The committee puts the expected cost on the wiki page for budget,
and subtracts from the total. The running totals should always be
current so we don't overspend.

* Having many people trying to get Max's attention is not going to
help, when he's already too busy to answer just a few people. Have the
travel get in touch with Mel, Jared, or me, to book the tickets
immediately. They need to first look up the dates and times of the
flights they prefer, then send those to us -- and provide full legal
name (as on their passport or government issued ID), and a phone
number where they can be reached.

In the future it would be great if we could empower the EMEA NPO to do
this. If they could get around to resolving the name change that's
needed, we'd likely be able to fund all this work through that group.
Then things wouldn't be locked up on a few people in Red Hat.

Paul
