FUDCon Subsidy Meeting Number Two recap - 27 Aug 2010

Thanks to all who participated.  We made great progress today, and
decided on most of the subsidies.  We decided to hold back a bit of
budget for further clarification on a few items, and we held back some
money at the end to try to split between some Fedora collaborators who
indicated they'd be OK with partial subsidies.

Our plan is to have one more meeting around the September 13th/14th
time frame, to finish going through any outstanding subsidy requests
and allocate the remaining budget.
