Funny, I didn't see that in the board meeting minutes :) ANNNNNNYWAY.....

We are doing our best to accommodate as many people as possible. I 
should know by next week's meeting where we are as far as food budget, 
and how the sponsorships we've received will cover that, so we know what 
kind of money is left over to provide subsidies for folks. Obviously, 
we'd like to divvy out the remaining subsidy money as soon as possible, 
so that airfare, etc. can be purchased at a reasonably low price.

That said, I can't make promises, and there are a few other community 
folks who have also filed tickets that have not yet been fulfilled.

Also, I'd recommend that if the Board came up with any other thoughts on 
who they'd like to see at FUDCon, they should encourage those people to 
also file subsidy requests if they are needed.  The FUDCon planning 
meetings and subsidy meetings are open to everyone for participation, 
and the decisions are made transparently by those participating in the 
meetings.

Bottom line: We're doing our best :) And we should have answers this week.
