5 quick notes - everything in this email is also on
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Events_FAD_2010 somewhere.

1. We're all set up with deliverables to be made in Raleigh, NC, USA
from Jan 29-31, 2010 (Fri-Sun).

2. I'm still working out the travel budget; in the meantime, if you need
to find a roommate, or want to ask for funding, or both, add your
details in https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Events_FAD_2010#Budget. I will
be going around IRC/email tomorrow and contacting people who've
indicated interest in participating, and my hope is to finish
booking/sponsoring travel by the end of Monday so we know who's coming.

3. Carpooling and other such arrangements can be shared at
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Events_FAD_2010#Transport.

4. There will be planning meetings for this FAD in IRC starting next
week (3 weeks, 3 planning meetings); they'll be announced on this list.

5. We need a few more folks to round out the skillset we're going to
need. Can anyone help?

Attendees it would be good to have in person that we don't yet have:

1. Someone from the video streaming project, if we want to package it
and/or make it more deployable during the FAD
2. Someone from Infrastructure, especially if #1

Attendees it would be good to have (in-person or remotely) that we don't
yet have:

1. An organizer for FUDCon LATAM
2. An organizer for FUDCon EMEA
3. An organizer for FUDCon APAC
4. Potential future FUDCon NA hosts/organizers

Questions, comments, patches, and help welcome - this date is coming up
*very* soon, so we're going to be running *fast.*
