Events FAD page updated

I've gone through the events FAD page, made some clean-ups that at least 
helped it make more sense to me, and added a TODO section that I think 
encompasses the remaining prep-work that is necessary for the event to 
be in good shape, and for us to not have to waste time at the FAD 
figuring out what we want to do.
