Events FAD funding request

I apologize for the tardiness of my request, and think mchua for
reminding me, repeatedly.

I'm ~4 hours away from RHT, so I'll just drive in. If you want to
cover fuel costs, great, if not that's ok too.
I'm planning on arriving on Thursday evening and departing Sunday
evening, so Thurs, Fri, and Sat lodging would be great.

A bit about myself - I am an Ambassador and have organized or worked
at ~1/2 of the major events in NA. I've helped put on commercial
events in the non-profit and IT worlds, and am on the board of
directors (which really means, I do a lot of grunt work) of the
Southeast Linuxfest. I've also attended a FUDcon or two.

What I plan to do:

Mel says she needed packagers - I occasionally pass myself off as one of those.

Hopefully offer some insight into how others handle topic selection,
and preparation.
