Bid process for FUDCon EMEA 2010

Hi all.

We now got a good hotel offer in Zurich:

which is 100$ for a douple room/night. They have rooms available for
all attendees  .

As we fulfil all parts of the bid process I wonder when the decision
is made (which is very important for further planning).
