fudcon Panama, trac milestones

Helo,

I was creating some tickets on fudcon trac and there are not milestones
for fudcon Panama 2011, also the milestones the RedHat quarters that the
fundcon Panama 2011 will be in. Can some one create those milestones or
let me know how to do them.
