Sorry for the slow response -- I took the day off yesterday to help
take care of a family matter. I'm back now, and can hopefully answer
some questions.

The bids for FUDCon LATAM 2011 closed at the end of September, and the
Fedora Board discussed this in their last meeting (October 4th).
There, we decided that the Fedora Project Leader (that's me) will work
with FAMSCo (and the Red Hat Community Architecture team, to the
extent that they're the major funding for the conference) to go
through the bids and make the decision on the host city for FUDCon
2011. Along the way, we certainly encourage people to share their
ideas and opinions here on this list. I'll also work to find a time
to meet with FAMSCo and start the decision-making process.
