 leftovers I have no problem with either holding them for a Monday night
 after-party, or giving them away.  The cost is a pretty minimal portion of
 what we're spending overall.

 Soft drinks are included in the 3.25/person. I would imagine that they
 would come well-prepared, as they can take back to the office what isn't
 used. We don't have to provide that part, just the alcohol part.

 The other soft drinks I think will be tied to the breakfast / lunch /
 hospitality suite & pizza night tickets.
