[LATAM] Meeting 2011-01-14

I think this issue was argued on the first meeting, there is not
computer lab on the Ciudad del Saber Campus (CdS), it is not a
university, so there are not computer labs for us to use, please check
http://www.ciudaddelsaber.org/en CdS is a Business, Scientific and
Technological Park.

There is not requirement on any of the fudcon documentation rewarding a
computer lab facility, therefore was not even consider at the BID. 

In the case we can ask one of the Universities that are helping with
fudcon, to allow us one computer lab it will have to be on that
University facilities, not sure if we want to split the audience to some
place else.
