I will not be able to travel to fudcon latam 2012

Hello,

Some issues come up in personal life and work that make impossible for me
to travel to fudcon latam 2013.

Please close my ticket #300 and revert the partial subsidy granted, so
anybody else can use that money.

The hacking that I was planning, still can go as Valentin Basel is going.
Please change my name to his name as the person in charge of that
activity.

I will miss all of you, have fun in fudcon.
