 Shaiton, two weeks ago we have asked to please book our rooms by Robyn if
 possible, because we won't be able to pay out so much. That I think makes
 easier to receive the support in the form of rooms, and no need to
 bother/worry about the reimbursement. We already purchased the Easyjet
 tickets, and booked for the dates that we have mentioned earlier. We can
 only arrive on saturday (13th), and leave on tuesday(16th), but without
 free rooms, we can't attend. So, please - we need those rooms.
