planning meeting for fudcon managua 2014

We will run a fudcon planinng meeting at UTC Sunday, 7th September 2014,

The meeting will be on IRC @Freenode (surprise, surprise)

We will send a email with updates about were we stand organization-wise 
before the meeting. So we can talk quickly about that.

The main topic in the agenda is start to select people for sponsorship. 
We will take tickets in order. First come, first to be serve. If there 
are questions, we will address at the time if candidate is present or we 
will leave those on the ticket so the person can answer later. We will 
move on to the next ticket.

We will see in next meeting if questions regarding sponsorship has been 
answered by candidate. If not we will move on along the tickets. We will 
approve tickets  until we run out of budget. If we get more funds, we 
will pick up from were we left to approve more tickets.

We will have one hour meeting, we will came for another round next 
Saturday. Most likely starting this Saturday we will held weekly 
meetings.

We will post the budget before the meeting, so everybody can follow up 
how much we have and see when we run out of funds.
