[Ambassadors] FUDCon Phnom Penh 2016 Bidding Announcement

Hi all,

As we discussed in today regional meeting [1], we will make the final
decision for Cambodian bid [2] to-go or not-to-go in the next meeting
(on Saturday, September 26th, 2015).

Please note that all further discussions and updates on the bid should
be done on the mailing list before. Meeting time is just for final voting.
