Note there already is a games group, though packagers don't always add 
games to it. Just doing a review of that to get a list of games that 
should be added, would be good start. (Looking at desktop icon contents 
and package descriptions is a good way to find potential games. Then 
those can be checked to find ones not in the games comps group. Then 
the missing ones can be checked to see if they are really games. There 
are also some borderline cases like optional media for games, that I am 
not sure if we want included or not.)

That is a non-starter for Fedora. You'd want to take that up in rpmfusion 
as they have non-free games.
