Bruno is still listed as the owner, and he's still quite active as I
recall.

Usually the best thing to do in this instance is to file a ticket so it
doesn't get lost on a mailing list.  However, we also have a nice system
at release-monitoring.org which will do this all automatically (for
multiple distributions, should they choose to subscribe).  I went ahead
and added your package there, and turned on Fedora's automatic ticket
filing and test builds.  That means that if you choose to update in the
future we'll be automatically notified.  (As long as a new tarball
appears in the same download location, of course.)
