[Fedora-haskell-list] 7.0.1 rebuilds completed

AFAIK all the rebuilds of libraries are now done.

I was a little surprised that old bin packages seem to work ok
and since I am expecting 7.0.2 in the F15 timeframe
we haven't rebuilt all of those though that could easily be done
(mostly thinking of cabal-install and xmobar I think).

Also I added rebuild.sh to various toplevel packages
(haskell-platform, gtksourceview2, xmonad-contrib,
and darcs), which finally help automate bumping and chain
rebuilding packages in koji.  I will probably extend
them to also allow local rebuilding and move the update/
bump script to cabal2spec.  Without future rebuilds in
are much less painless. :)
