Description of problem:
In fedora rawhide, ghc-neither buildrequires package ghc-monad-peel-devel,
which doesn't exists.

ghc-neither-0.2.0-1.fc17

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. fedpkg mockbuild

Actual results:
