</div>Yes the release number in the spec file needs to increase. You can't rebuild<br>
a package using the same release and version. You should also add a new<br>
changlog entry in the in spec file. For a note say something about rebuilding<br>
for ghc7.<br>
After committing that change, you can use fedpkg build to create the<br>
new build.<br>
