[headsup] Haskell Platform 2012.2 coming soon to Rawhide

Just a quick update:

Okay haskell-platform and the XMonad and gtk2hs stacks have now
been rebuilt and I think I have now bumped all packages that
need rebuilding this time: so currently no further actions needed.

I think using a script with cblrepo and wait-repo I should be
able to rebuild everything automatically in one go (modulo a few failures of course).

I also started working on cabal-rpm again and hope to have something working soon.
