sup-packaging done for indic-typing-booster packages in rawhide

Hi All,

  As decided earlier i have done sub-packaging for Marathi, Hindi,
Gujarati and Tamil languages. Now in Fedora users no need to install all
layouts support.
  i.e. If user interested in using marathi phonetic he can install
  $yum install marathi-typing-booster-phonetic
  else
    $yum install marathi-typing-booster-inscript

  Changes done in Rawhide (Fedora 17), once stable i will push back to
Fedora 16 as well.

  Other update is Anish has resolved major bugs[1][2][3] in
ibus-indic-table, i will add patches for those booster table against it
next week.
