Released tamil-typing-booster 0.0.1

Hi All,

    Long time from last release of Gujarati typing booster.

    Download it from 
https://fedorahosted.org/releases/i/n/indic-typing-booster/tamil-typing-booster-0.0.1.tar.gz 
test it and report bugs and suggestions for improving it. Tamil has 
support for Tamil 99 and Tamil inscript maps. Fedora package review 
request at https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=713701

    We have some major bugs pending against ibus-indic-table (i.e. 
adding new phrases in tables). So now we have to fix those first before 
starting for new languages.
