[fedora-india] Placement of the Indian-Rupee Sign on QWERTY Keyboards

Hi,

I got responses from some people, that this survey doesn't have information
i.e who is conducting this survey etc. and i agree to that. Considering its
output as a official is difficult.

So i will request, if someone have any good input/feedback on placement of
this new character on qwerty keyboard, please reply to this mail saying its
advantages etc.
