Hello Rahul,
Thanks for the link as i got the core of the problem .
I changed the /etc/sysctl.conf but problem isn't resolved yet.
Also, dw-world.de has the aforesaid problem too .

$ uname -r
2.6.32.9-70.fc12.i686.PAE
