[fedora-india] New Fedora packager: Viji V Nair

Hi,

Viji V Nair [1] is a new Fedora packager after pushing
python-tilecache [2] sponsored by Michel Alexandre Salim. In the next
six months, he will work on "Promoting Fedora; Build more GIS, Cloud
and HPC related stuff for Fedora; Release more special kmods for
Fedora".
