The above are reasonably high-level which a page like the Ambassadors
demands. A suggestion would be to use some collaborative method to
come up with a smaller set of activities which are relevant to the
region and which Ambassadors are expected to undertake. And thereafter
organizing regular meetings to help assess progress. The need is to
progress forward by including smaller tweaks and suggestions which
help things along.

An example of a smaller set of activities could be:

- organize 4 workshops at local colleges/institutions and introduce
participants on to specific projects within Fedora using normal
communication means
- organize 2 installation fests
- participate on Ask Fedora and help answer queries
