I have created an event page to track our participation in this conference:

Please add your talks on that page. They need not have been approved
at this stage. If your talk is not accepted, then we could simply
remove it or maybe even arrange for a BoF session at the conference if
that is allowed. In case there is a booth available for us, we might
also need volunteers to man it and also arrange for swag.

Also, could an Ambassador please step up to lead this event? I am not
one and I might not even be able to make it to all days of the event.
Regardless of that, I don't think I'll do a good job of it either :)
