Meanwhile,  take a look at

https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=713402

See if you can prep a spec file patch to update it to the newer
version.  You will be committing it yourself after we review the patch. 
If you have questions,  feel free to ask.   Note that this change is
only for Rawhide.
