Change Request: fedoracommunity upgrade

The recent pkgdb update broke fedoracommunity.  I have since applied a a
couple of simple, low-risk fixes to get things working again.  I wish to
push the version in staging out into production.

This code also contains a fix for the bug that caused fedoracommunity to
flip out when it couldn't access fedorapeople.org, as well as a new
'Statistics' section.

Can I get some +1's?
