This looks neat. I'm not certain what the requirements were for zarafa
but Open Atrium is:

1) GPL2
2) Provides a nice calendar.
3) Is based on Drupal.
4) Is written in PHP and runs atop MySQL/MariaDB (not sure about PostgreSQL).
5) Seems easy to maintain and use.
6) Can be installed locally on our systems.

I don't know how long the project has been around or what support will
be like in the future so that might be something to worry about. I'm
also not certain about an e-mail plugin.
