[PATCH] finish the postfix migration to sanity away from the templates. This should allow us to have main.cf and master.cf files in the postfix/files/dirs with extensions corresponding to the fqdn/hostname/group/datacenter that they are and a sensible default.

This looks ok to me from a quick glance. I'll note that this should fix
a log spam we have been getting for a while and also fix it so that new
hosts can run puppet ok (currently there's a template issue in postfix
stopping that from happening). 

If we want to make the changes today we need to make sure some of us
are around to debug any issues tonight. (I should be). 

There's a number of 'relayHost=' directives. They should also be
removed?
