[fedora-java] Adopting orphaned package - JLex and JDom

Hi Edmon,

The standard way to become package maintainer is by submitting a package. See 
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/PackageMaintainers/Join .
Fedora QAs are having a hard time to get some packages ready. You can look at 
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/User:Jlaska/gwt for details, e.g. you can start 
with htmlunit but any other missing dependency from this page will be OK.
Please let me know if you need more info or when you have a package submitted 
for review so I can do it.
