The second argument is not %{name}, but the artifactId, so it's more like
%add_to_maven_depmap <groupId> <artifactId> <version>
JPP[/path/relative/to/%{_javadir}] <jar>
The third argument is typically ignored, and in fact, even here, it
should be the version in the pom, which is almost always (but not
necessarily) the same as %{version}.
