[fedora-java] JUnit snapshot version is packaged in fedora

Hi,

I think VERSION in that http://pkgs.fedoraproject.org/cgit/junit.git/tree/create-tarball.sh is coming as command line argument which could be anything.

Check the spec file at http://pkgs.fedoraproject.org/cgit/junit.git/tree/junit.spec
line 119 or search for SNAPSHOT it will show up several times.
