I think the main thing that has changed is that Java 7 isn't packaged for
F21. Plus, there doesn't seem to be a good reason to run it on Java 7, to
warrant the pursuit of -target 1.7 in its build, because Eclipse can still
cross-compile to other versions, even though itself is running on Java 8.
