Link works fine for me here at work on IE7 (Wish I had Linux).

Shows up a bunch of weird characters; at the top says:
ICY 200 OK Content-Type: audio/mpeg icy-br:24 icy-name:WYPR icy-notice1:
This stream requires Winamp <http://www.winamp.com/>

The dude who maintains that thing needs a file extension at the end. Then
again, Microsoft isn't very good at this stuff...

But the file works fine. Do you want me to upload it to my own server with a
.mpeg file extension?
