Kwrite/Kate crashes kde-4.3.3/F12

Thanks very much, allow_execmem  was off here which was my mistake when 
trying to get the NVidia drivers to run. I gave that up as a bad job but 
forgot to change the setting back.

Setting  allow_execmem to "on" and Kwrite and Kate work fine now.
