As I already wrote: /usr/share/kde4/services/ServiceMenus

It should be picked up automatically, but if not, try running kbuildsycoca4, 
then starting a new instance of Dolphin. (Sometimes, the automatic system 
configuration cache rebuild doesn't work for whatever reason.)
