Deactivating LVDS display when laptop lid is closed

Some more info -

   Apparently Qt on this machine puts screen 0 on the right and screen 1 on 
the left (and primaryScreen() is 0).  kdm_greet displays the login panel on 
screen 0 by default.  I changed GreeterScreen in /etc/kde/kdm/kdmrc to -1 to 
put it on the left, and it appeared on the CRT, so I have a workaround.

   kde/qt from kde-unstable behaves the same.
