KMail again

Actually, I seem to have found a simpler solution in my case,
after looking through the many bugzilla comments to
<https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=186502>.

As far as I can see, the problem has disappeared (in my case)
after changing from Fancy Headers to Brief Headers.
At least this has allowed me to delete the messages
that previously caused KMail to crash.
