KMail issues (KDE 4.4.80 - 4.5Beta1)

My qt version is:
qt-4.7.0-0.14.beta1.fc14.x86_64, so it looks like it is not a qt issue?

a 3th minor issue is that all standard templates are set to %BLANK.
