I still suffer with nepomuk/virtuoso's high cpu usage, checking the various
dev's blogs and kde.bugs it is recommend testing with the newer (dev) releases
of Akonadi, virtuoso etc
Normally stopping nepomuk, kmail2 and restarting them fixes the problem
though..
