4.5.95 (4.6 RC2) + kdepim-4.4.9 Blank address book

When I upgraded, even though I had been careful to configure the kde resources 
and akonadi in systemsettings before opening any kdepim program (kmail, 
kaddressbook, korganizer), I also encountered this.

Then, I noticed that there was no checkmark inside the little box. Perhaps this 
is your case?
