new KDE on RHEL/Centos/SL 6?

Hi all-

Is there a way to run a newer KDE version on RHEL6 or its derivatives? 
RHEL6 comes with KDE SC 4.3. Upgrading to 4.7 would be pretty sweet.

What version of Qt is required to run KDE4.7?

The 4.7 release announcement says "In order to get the most out of these 
releases, we strongly recommend to use the latest version of Qt, as of 
today 4.7.4. This is necessary in order to assure a stable experience, 
as some improvements made to KDE software have actually been done in the 
underlying Qt framework." Thats pretty vague....
