Prompting for wireless password

I shared it before privately on irc, but what could mitigate stuff like this 
is if plasma-nm defaulted to system connections by default so secrets would 
get stored/handled by NetworkManager instead (and kwallet would no longer 
play a role in that case).  This would match how gnome works (afaik).
