I was lucky I read this thread before testing.....

[egreshko at f18x ~]$ more .xsession-errors
removed ‘/var/tmp/kdecache-egreshko//icon-cache.kcache’
removed ‘/var/tmp/kdecache-egreshko//plasma_theme_internal-system-colors.kcache’
removed ‘/var/tmp/kdecache-egreshko//plasma_theme_oxygen.kcache’
removed ‘/var/tmp/kdecache-egreshko//plasma_theme_Spherical_Cow.kcache’

is all it contained.
